CASINO CASH BACK PROGRAM

The Cash-Back Program is a special Bonus Program that rewards casino players just for playing. Cash-Back points are awarded when playing with real money. Every player receives:

• 1 Point for 10 Chips played in any Slot and
  
• 1 Point for 50 Chips played in all other games.

Cash-Back Points will not be automatically exchanged into cash. After collecting the minimum number of points, a player can cash in the points in their “Casino Account” (You can find the link at the bottom of any game window).

A minimum of 500 points must be collected before you can cash in points. 500 points are worth 5 EUR. After exchange, any left-over points will remain in your account and can be exchanged once you have collected more points. Once you have cashed in points, the bonus is immediately available in your chip account and can be withdrawn at any time.

Step 1: When you are logged in, choose any game and open it by clicking on it.

Step 2: In the menu of the game you have opened, click on "Casino Account".

Step 3: In a new window you will see an overview of your account (Profile Account Summary Report), your current number of points and the amount of points that you can cash in (Redeemable Points). Select "Points" in the left-hand menu.

Step 4: Your Loyalty Point Redemption shows how many points you have earned thus far, how many points must still be collected before your next exchange (Remaining) and how many points you can exchange for cash right now (Redeemable Points).

In order to exchange points and collect your bonus, simply click on "Redeem Points" and the bonus will be credited to your chip account immediately. The current exchange rate is shown in the last line (Conversion Rate).

The conditions for Cash-Back Points and bonuses are as follows:

1. You can only earn points when playing with funds that you have deposited. You cannot collect points when playing with money that is unable to be withdrawn or bonus money (playable money). You can see the balance of your “withdrawable” and “playable” accounts in your Casino Account.
2. No points will be awarded when playing in the Casino practice mode (Play for Fun).
3. PEI Ltd. reserves the right to change the conditions of the Cash-Back Program or limit the bonus amount per user at any time and without prior warning. It is the responsibility of players to inform themselves of any changes in the Casino conditions.
4. PEI Ltd. reserves the right to limit the number of users who receive the Cash-Back Program or restrict single players or certain groups at any time and without prior warning.
5. PEI Ltd. reserves the right to save and audit all Chip transfers and stakes at our own discretion. Should an audit give the impression that a user is misusing the Bonus program, the management reserves the right to exclude the player from the bonus program and deny any bonus payments and profit payouts.

Users who reside in the Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Japan, Hungary, New Zealand, Romania and Slovakia are excluded from this bonus program.
